Guests flow into the American Marketplace offering everyday groceries and celebrating the flavor, rhythms, and spirit of America - a living tribute to jazz, soul, funk, rock, hip-hop, and R&B.

Latin America & the Caribbean: A carnival of taste and sound — tacos, rum, salsa, bachata, reggaeton.

Bursting with color, rhythm, and fire, this zone feels like a Havana street party flowing into a Peruvian festival. Terracotta tiles, jungle foliage, woven textiles, and open grills set the stage for empanadas, ceviche, mofongo, tamales, and arepas, while the soundtrack moves from salsa and bachata to samba, reggaeton, and cumbia.

Africa: A festival of spice and rhythm — jollof, suya, injera, tagines, Afrobeats, and amapiano.

This zone pulses with spice, color, and rhythm. An atmosphere rich with aroma and sound. Perimeter = quick bites like jollof rice bowls, suya skewers, tagine plates, and injera wraps. Center = immersive dining with communal platters, spice-forward stews, and pairings of palm wine, South African vintages, and Ethiopian honey wine. The soundtrack blends Nigerian beats, Highlife, Gnawa, and South African house.

Asia: Sushi, ramen, pho, curries — layered with K-Pop, Bollywood, and lo-fi vibes.

A feast of flavor and contrast, this zone flows from bustling night markets to serene tea gardens. Here, tradition meets trend, and every bite tells a story of Asia’s timeless craft and modern pulse.

The Med: Olive oil, mezze, tagines, and health-forward dining under the sun.

Sun-washed and vibrant, this zone blends coastal flavors with a spirit of wellness. Mosaic tiles, olive trees, and terracotta pottery frame mezze spreads, kebabs, falafel, gyros, and fresh pita. A health-forward juice bar offers bright citrus and herb blends, while the menu highlights communal mezze dining with inclusive Halal options.

Discovery Zone (Centerpiece): Rotating cuisines, pop-ups, and cultural storytelling converge here.
